Ingredients:
- 1 apple,
- A medium fresh beetroot,
- Half a lime,
- An inch of ginger,
- 4 carrots.
Method:
Prepare your apple, beetroot and carrots by washing them. If your apple feels waxy give it a scrub.
Move onto skinning the lime, this is prepared like an orange, if there’s white rind that’s fine – you only need to remove the skin.
Chop your apple and beetroot so your blender can handle them.
Blend everything to perfection, no need to add water this juice is perfect and pure by itself.
Finally serve in a tall glass with a straw.
